Hello,  I am Louise, a sleep specialist with an established professional history within the NHS as a Clinical Sleep Scientist. My journey spanning over three decades in  sleep diagnostics and treating sleep disorders has been fueled by my passion for aiding individuals struggling with sleep disturbances. I offer a robust insomnia treatment in the for of CBTi.  

My expertise is not limited to clinical practice. I have had the privilege of assisting a TV reality star in overcoming their sleep challenges, company directors, an author and business development guru. Thus expanding the breadth of my professional reach. Alongside this, I have played a key role in the training and development of staff across all levels within NHS Hospitals and private wellness centers, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach to health. 

My contributions to the field extend to the wellness community, where I have shared my insights at The Big Retreat in Pembrokeshire. My participation was engaging in one-on-one discussions about insomnia and circadian rhythms and having Q&A audience sessions..  

In every endeavour, my mission remains the same: to help individuals understand the multifaceted roots of sleep issues and navigate their way to restful nights and healthier days.

Simon Richards is a double-certified hypnotherapist, with a background as an award winning TV and radio producer and writer. He provides scientifically-proven and wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable fixes for many of modern life's problems, such as poor sleep, anxiety, hot flushes and more. 

Simon's calm and reassuring style will give you confidence that those things in life that sometimes seem insurmountable can be solved, and you've got the ability to do so yourself already - you just need a bit of a guiding light to get you there.
